I'm really digging this new Shooter Jennings tune "The Deed and The Dollar"  Great video to go along with it too.  Can you imagine Waymore sitting in the floor playing dolls.  I bet he would have done it!

Shooter's new CD, Family Man, hits stores March 13th.  He just kicked off a tour with The Departed and I'll bet you it's gonna be bad ass!

If you were to name all of the female artists kicking up dust in the Texas Red Dirt music scene, you would have a pretty short and sweet list.

I am not exactly sure why this is the case, but for those like Kylie Ray Harris, they get more of the light shined on them, and that at least is a good thing. 

Kylie is a real talent.
