We, you and me, are obsessed with reality T.V. Not sure why it is so fascinating to watch some pretentious wives giving Beverly Hills a bad name, or some backwoods folk pulling gators from the swamp, or lumberjacks cutting down the backwoods, but we are hooked aren't we.
Just for the record, I don’t' watch the wives, but I do dream of moving to Alaska to become a captain of the logging industry, though I am pretty sure the closest I will ever get to that is the one semester I spent as a Stephen F. Austin Lumberjack. Based on my experience in the piney woods of East Texas, I know many of you too can claim the title of one semester Lumberjack.
Just thinking about that one semester at SFA caused me to pass out for a minute. Where was I going with this...........oh that's right, here is a little real life on the road with The Rankin Twins.
